Senior Director, Talent Management and Organizational Development
Jenna Susanke leads the Talent Management and Organizational Development COE for PepsiCo Asia, Middle East and North Africa. In this role she provides strategic and design oversight for Leadership Assessment and Development, Change Management, Learning and Development, HR analytics and Culture and Engagement which includes the Diversity and Engagement strategy for the Sector.

Prior to this role, Jenna was the Organization Development (OD) lead for North America Nutrition where she supported the redesign and implementation of the North American Nutrition organization to align with the PepsiCo Operating Model, enabling the organization to focus on a holistic nutrition platform and supporting talent movement to continue building leadership bench. She also led the HR leadership team in the development and implementation of the HR strategy to help create a unified culture and talent management strategy for the business.

Before she joined PepsiCo in 2011, Jenna was a director in PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC)’s People and Change Advisory Practice, where she worked with clients on large transformational and change management engagements, including M&A and operating model transformations. Prior to PwC, Jenna held various HR and OD roles at Hewitt Associates, including her most recent role there as Talent Management Manager for Asia Pacific, based in Hong Kong.

Jenna holds a B.S. in African History and an M.S Ed in Organizational Development & Learning, both from Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois, USA.

She is based in Dubai where she lives with her husband and two daughters, Jadyn (11) and Kyra (8)
