Dr. Evans is an Australian with 20 years international experience in senior leadership roles across a number of industry sectors.
Dan has held learning and development roles within both academic universities and business schools, is a published author and is particularly interested in Corporate Strategy, Management Methods and Motivation.
Since moving to the United Arab Emirates in 2005, Dan has worked and travelled extensively throughout the GCC and wider MENA region. He speaks, reads and writes Arabic conversationally and has enjoyed developing an understanding of the regional cultures.
Dan develops excellent rapport with people of all backgrounds and has become a highly regarded motivator. He is an Ashridge Executive Coach, Hogan accredited, SDI trained and has worked with GCC and expat leaders at the highest level. His coaching style draws on a range of psychological theories and methods and also incorporates his insights from elite sports performance, where he was a former professional athlete in boxing and basketball.
