Some of the Key Achievements:

-       Created the JCH Leadership Model and developed and designed the 5 Leadership training modules. Developed a process involving the Sr. Management to run the modules for the middle management. Evident results seen in the Colleague Opinion survey results for the Leadership metrics.

-       Created the process and launched the JCH Empowerment program (for JCH only)– the first of its kind in the company by co-ordinating with respective stakeholders.  Enhanced the process and the empowerment booklet in 2015.

-       Created Training Interventions that contributed to increase the results for LQA audit from 76% to 86%.

-       Created and launched a unique recognition program – SHUKRAN, very well appreciated by the stakeholders. Release of monthly SHUKRAN reports and incorporated in quarterly colleague engagement meetings.  Relaunced the scheme in 2014 with enhanced features involving key stakeholders.

-       Launched the 1-2-1 process and template to ensure every manager and colleague meet to discuss performance on regular basis. Also launched the communication meeting framework to ensure effective communication within the business. Results were evident in the COS - Communication metrics.

-       Developed a customized program for the UAE National colleagues at JBH to help retain motivated force of the UAEN colleagues.

-       Developed a Mentoring program for the UAEN colleagues.

-       Scored 100 % on achieving the POP (Pre-opening plan audit)

-       Over 95 % achievements on all compliance training.

-       Successfully organized and managed the 360 feedback process for JCH Excomm team.

-       Created and launched the Management Induction for Managers and Sr. Management and completed 99%.

-       Created special customized programs and initiatives to elevate the DT profile and quality:

  • Monthly Departmental trainers meeting and celebrating success.
  • Bi monthly focus workshops to upgrade the knowledge and skills set of Departmental Trainers.
  • Spot visits to departmental training followed by feedback to trainers and HOD’s. (Total 278 in year 2013)
  • Departmental trainers’ assessment conducted for 85 % of Departmental trainers’ with feedback to them and HOD’s.
  • Departmental trainers Review audit conducted for 100% departments with a score of 89% (2014)

-       100% Role specific Induction plans for job roles in place and revised in 2013.

-       Launch of Lobster Ink – an online learning tool for F&B service and provided continuous support. Created and achieved mile stones right from running train the trainer for managers to the end user colleagues.
